Property Manager Pre-License Prep Course (Zoom)

Get prepared in seven weeks to take the State of Oregon Property Manager License Exam. This course covers the role of property managers, tenant relations, fair housing, lease agreements, and more.

You must attend all evening class sessions through Zoom (14 hours total) and complete the self-study portion (60 hours). Class materials are included. The instructor is an experienced property manager, and the course meets all Oregon Real Estate Agency pre-license criteria.
